Mehmet Oz aka Dr. Oz was grilled by a US Senate committee
yesterday about his continued hyping of fat loss “miracles”.
His testimony consisted of this defense – he says that he
actually believes his outlandish pronouncements and backed that up by saying his
family uses the stuff he hypes on TV, and besides, he doesn’t actually sell the
products he supports.
He did, however, admit to using “flowery’ language.
So for everyone who’s been taken in – and boy, are there
ever lots of you out there – by this “flowery” nonsense, just bear this in
mind: flowers grow best in loads of manure.
