Stroke - coffee wins yet again

A study from the Cleveland Clinic’s Wellness Institute and Harvard University concluded that, as you’d expect, drinking lots of soda is linked to a higher risk of stroke.

Is it the sugar, something else in the soda, or just the fact that people who drink lots of soda probably have lots of other risk factors (many probably undetermined by researchers) for stroke?

No one knows, of course, but drinking lots of pop can’t possibly be good for you.

But here’s the kicker: the same study found that drinking coffee was linked to a lower risk of stroke, just another indication as I keep insisting that coffee is the ultimate health drink.
